Dear colleagues,

the new display “The Emperor`s Wardrobe. The 350th Anniversary of the Birth of Peter the Great” has been opened at the State Hermitage’s Staraya Derevnya Restoration and Storage Centre. For the first time it shows the total collection of Peter’s clothing. Most of the costumes were restored in the Hermitage Textile Restoration Laboratories and never been shown before.
